You agree with us that when you buy your ticket to ASAC DISSENT 2019 it is purchased by you on the following terms and conditions:

  • You agree to any terms and conditions of entry that may be set by us and/or the venue/s at the conference.

  • Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. If a refund is required by law, liability is limited to the full transaction amount you originally paid.

  • Cameras and video recorders (film, digital or otherwise), audiotape recorders and all other recording devices may be prohibited at the conference.

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission with reasonable cause including if you fail to provide valid identification for tickets, or where tickets are lost or damaged, or tickets are not purchased from us.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw, replace or substitute conference presenters, or amend the programme, prices and/or the venue/s.

  • We are not responsible for any offence caused by, or information provided by, any conference presenter.

  • To the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability to you, whether for breach of these terms or in any other cause of action arising in relation to these terms, our website or the content available through our website is limited to NZ$100. We will not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential or indirect damages of any nature.

  • If you breach any of these terms and conditions and/or any standards of reasonable behaviour we may cancel your ticket and/or ticket order without a refund and exclude you from the conference and its venue/s.

  • We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms & Conditions of Sale without notice.

Your personal information is held by us. It will not be sold or passed on to any other party. We collect personally identifiable information to provide service to you. To this end we may use the information that you provide for the following purposes:

  • To verify your identity if you need help with a forgotten password or you are having login problems with one of our services.

  • To help provide any other services that you have requested.

  • To contact you in case of a cancellation or a change in conference details.

  • To offer the most relevant information suitable to you and your interests.

  • For any marketing, promotional and/or publicity that we might undertake in relation to the conference or future events.
